Cyclescheme have become the first provider to deliver 1m bikes under the Cycle to Work programme. It was launched in 2005 and Axis are pleased to have been involved with the facility since its inception, providing alternative methods of funding to the largest corporates, local authorities, and since Covid, right down to the smaller SMEs.
Our largest single Cyclescheme finance contract was over £570,00.00 whilst the overall funding for this one client topped £3.2M. That’s a lot of bikes and a lot less fossil fuel being used.
It has been a super vendor programme from many aspects, not least working with the enthusiastic staff at Cyclescheme and seeing a lease programme operate successfully for such a long period of time.
We hope to continue helping get bikes on the road and, in our small way, help the drive to Net Zero.
